  Good range and well stocked. Manners of some of the staff can be sometimes better questionable

  Attended Martlesham pharmacy, near Woodbridge, Saturday 1st March, with a sinus issue. Spoke with the pharmacist, who was thoroughly professional with giving guidance and a treatment plan, for which I was very grateful, a service not available via my GP at the weekend.

  Such wonderful staff. They are always so accommodating. These guys have been brilliant towards myself. No matter what the situation is they will fix it. Even if they don't have the full stock of a medication they are happy to give you what they have to make sure you never run out of your medications. Brilliant

  Was phoning and phoning this evening to see if they had a medicine in stock as all the other pharmacies I tried hadn't had it in stock for weeks. Never answered. It's on my way home I swing by with 10 minutes to spare, I'm sprinting down the aisles with my poorly child and make it. They have the medicine!! However, a very rude customer assistant said "You're cutting it fine we close in 10 minutes." She was so obviously irritated by me being there and I felt that this was the opposite of how a pharmaceutical assistant should be. I didn't want to be rushing around trying to get antibiotics for my sick child who just got out of urgent care. The pharmacist looked uncomfortable and did say the phone has been ringing but they've been busy and it doesn't tell us when they're actually on the phone either. If you're customer facing you do not talk to people like she did. She has no idea what my day has been like or why I'm there, and if she was having a bad day do not take it out on the customers. You don't close until 8, you work up until 8. Couldn't find a complaints page on Tesco website so had to leave this review.

  Some of the pharmacist are brilliant part from 2' who are very slow,makes mistakes.
