The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the classes are one of the main reasons I’ve stayed - there’s a good variety and they’re run really well. The gym equipment also seems improved following refurbishment. However, for a premium membership price of around £144 per month, I do feel some areas no longer reflect that standard. Parts of the changing rooms, pool and spa facilities feel outdated and maintenance could be improved. I’ve noticed issues such as worn fixtures, tiles coming away in wet areas and overall upkeep not matching expectations for a premium club. I’ve also noticed the club becoming much busier recently, especially in the evenings - parking can be difficult and the gym floor can feel overcrowded, which takes away from the experience. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because I genuinely enjoy using the club and would love to see the facilities maintained to the same standard as the staff, classes and refurbished gym areas.
