  Tom who showed us around was very knowledgeable and friendly. The gym is not for us it's very busy ,quite loud in the cafe area , quite a lot of children around ,all of which are fine in essence but not what we are looking for . The equipment etc looked great ,and pool too

  5/5 I had a wonderful walk-around and introduction at David Lloyd today, and I am definitely going to join! A member of staff named Tom Weddon showed me around, and he was incredibly professional throughout the entire tour. He took the time to show me all of the fantastic facilities the club has to offer and answered all of my questions. Thanks to Tom's excellent service and the impressive setup, choosing to sign up was an easy decision. Highly recommended!

  We had a fantastic experience at David Lloyd Ipswich, thanks to Tom Wheddon, who gave us a brilliant tour of the club. From the moment we arrived, Tom was welcoming, friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable straight away. He took the time to show us around the facilities, explain everything clearly and make sure we got a proper feel for what the club has to offer. His enthusiasm and knowledge really stood out, and he made the whole tour enjoyable rather than just a standard walk-around. Tom was approachable, helpful and clearly passionate about providing a great experience for visitors. Tom is a real credit to David Lloyd Ipswich, and his customer service made a lasting impression on us.   I was a little worried about joining a gym, but I’m so glad I did! The equipment is great, and the staff are brilliant. Nicole was especially helpful and really went the extra mile to understand and support my needs. She made me feel comfortable and supported from the start. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get started!
