  I called in in a busy Saturday with an insect bite that had swollen and turned a dark red colour, the pharmacist gave me a consultation within a minute of looking at the bite. Within 30 minutes I was heading on my way with anti biotics feeling reassured and taken care of. This was approx 2.30pm 17th October 2026. Whoever the staff on at that time and especially the pharmacist himself.. thank you!! You're all amazing! Doing a grand job.

  We didn't actually get to speak with the pharmacist because the lady behind the counter was so unhelpful and basically told us to go away and speak to our GP - on a Sunday - or call 111(I am profoundly Deaf and wear a lanyard stating this). It wasn't an emergency, so we wouldn't have done that. She stood there looking down her nose at us and wasn't even knowledgeable in what she was saying. I'd go elsewhere if you want decent service.

  I came here after Sainsbury’s pharmacy refused to order in my medication saying it was “too expensive for them” and to go back to my doctor and have it changed. Tesco got the order ready for me without question. One part they didn't have and they said it would be in next week. They took my number to inform me when it would be in. The pharmacist even highlighted the days and dosage for me as the instructions for the medication was quite complex. Excellent service.
