  We just been to tesco pharmacy for my son tonsillitis. We asked consultanion and after 10mins explained that I not want monday GP look at him, he gave us consultation. Wow and wow and wow!!! So unprofessional, unkind and disrespectful man I not saw in my life!!! My son nearly fainted (he not done anything to help, completely ignor that fact) from high temperature it was 39.1(i checked just before we went in tesco) he checked from about 1metre apart he said he is absolutely fine! Poor boy was crying that he is not! I explained that tonsillitis with full white spots, he not bother to check!!! That is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed!!!

  Very poor is overrating the Bury St Edmunds store. I have just spent 36 minutes trying to confirm availability of a short issue on my prescription. The selection to access the pharmacy told me my call is blocked?! I chose every other option including staff reporting absence. No answer after repeated selection of ‘1’ to continue call. I tried Asda pharmacy who answered directly and have my prescription item in stock. No prizes for guessing where I will do my shopping when I collect my prescription. It appears to me Tesco are only interested in your money. Providing a service is nowhere on their radar.

  Was sent to the pharmacy Friday night from a&e to pick up an emergency Perscription for my 3 year old. Yes it was almost closing time but we made it in there on time, the pharmacist was extremely rude and had no time for us at all, clearly he just wanted to go home, and we were told to come back again tomorrow, purely because he couldn’t be bothered to do it. To say I was angry is an understatement. Clearly he didn’t care that a little boy would have to suffer all night! I Went back Saturday morning and it was a completely different experience, I can’t fault the staff, they were quick and friendly, despite having a cue of customers and we finally got the medication we needed.

  Arrived 10 minutes before closing to get a prescription but he had already shut and turned off all the computers so had to wait another day to get my prescriptions and make another trip out of my way to tesco. I would understand if it was a few minutes before closing but it was a full 10 minutes before and he was already leaving. Don't say you're open until 9pm if you aren't.

  One of the pharmacist gave me some mouth ulcer gel ! Didn't tell me how to use it or nothing ! It says to use it every three hours if not seizers can happenand I was using it like bonjela
