  Awful every time I come in. Waiting and waiting just to be seen then waiting and wating for them to pick my order. No use in complaining either as they never come back to you. It's an utter joke. Needs more staff and more attentive staff. You know it's busy so staff it better. It's not hard!!

  Came in today, for a recommendation on a self iron test. Woman, Brown shoulder length hair and glasses around 50, was serving..claimed she’d never heard of them, go to the doctors. I went for a gander, and found one myself on the shelf, went back to show her to update her knowledge which was clearly taken not well. I’ve never had a problem here, Other ladies have been really helpful In the past.

  Rude and inefficient manager who blames 'staff illness' for months of poorly organised work. I haven't received my medication, yet again, for an ongoing medical issue. I have to give my Dr weeks notice to get the prescription to be sure that this pharmacy will actually fill it in time for me. Currently, I have no medication as they haven't organised the filling of a common medication. I attempted to speak to them about the ongoing issues and the manager was incredibly rude and obnoxious. She stated that it was 'unlawful' to use current staff to fill time of a staff member who has had surgery - despite them being trained. Her attitude when I explained the impact this has on their customers was dismissive and uncaring. I will be choosing a different nominated pharmacy and would advise others to do the same. Appalling considering the level of responsibility they hold.

  Very slow at acknowledging people waiting in a queue. They are really condescending to people and actively talk aloud about people’s conditions and medication they are receiving. Not very professional.

  I live about 2 hours away from this pharmacy but was visiting the area with my 7 year old daughter when she started to have asthmatic symptoms as she suffers from asthma and she had ran out of her inhaler. We went to this pharmacy at about 8:45pm, which I appreciate was late but they were still open. I was told I needed an emergency prescription from the 111 service which was fine, I phoned them and the process with 111 took about 5 minutes but by the time I had come off the phone with them, the employees had decided it was their time to leave. They had closed the pharmacy early with a 7 year old little girl sat there struggling to breathe and told me to go elsewhere and the closest pharmacy open at this time was 7 MILES away. Absolutely disgraced and employees are the most unsympathetic people I have ever witnessed. The pharmacist even told my daughter to move out the way so he could close the tape in front of the pharmacy. Would give this pharmacy and their employees a minus rating if I could.
