  My 16 year old son went to pick up a prescription for his little sister, after leaving him waiting over half an hour, they tried telling him he couldn’t have it and that I’d have to go asap to collect it because they have made it up. My son told them that he’s the legal age to collect it and has identification to prove it. Why take the prescription of him in the first place, ask what names on it, make it up THEN try and refuse to give it him…..absolutely ridiculous

  They tell my wife that they will order my prescription in . When she goes in to collect they say they have to order it in . Why not let us know right away so we can go to another pharmacy ?

  Awful every time I come in. Waiting and waiting just to be seen then waiting and wating for them to pick my order. No use in complaining either as they never come back to you. It's an utter joke. Needs more staff and more attentive staff. You know it's busy so staff it better. It's not hard!! New update..... Seems the staff have become even Ruder!! I will be raising this with Tesco head office as clearly nothing is improving! This time I've been waiting 10 mins just to be acknowledged let alone served! Avoid at all costs!

  Came in today, for a recommendation on a self iron test. Woman, Brown shoulder length hair and glasses around 50, was serving..claimed she’d never heard of them, go to the doctors. I went for a gander, and found one myself on the shelf, went back to show her to update her knowledge which was clearly taken not well. I’ve never had a problem here, Other ladies have been really helpful In the past.
