Great classes especially Aquafit. Changing rooms a bit smelly.

Great party experience with the water inflatables. The lifeguard team where great and the welcome staff helped the more nervous kids who weren’t quite sure at the start

I’m really disappointed with the experience here. The staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming. There always seems to be an issue with customers, and the way they speak to people is very impolite and disrespectful. Worst of all — when they need to speak to someone, they do it openly in front of everyone, embarrassing and shaming that person publicly. It’s uncomfortable, unfair, and not how anyone should be treated. People deserve respect and privacy, especially when raising concerns. I hope management looks into this and trains staff to speak to people with kindness and respect, and handle matters privately instead of in front of crowds.

Why have men lifeguards for the women only sessions? Whole point of paying for the women only session is for there to not be men. They should have women life guards there at that time to respect the whole point of the session.
