- FHFinlay Haggerty4 days ago2.0Went into the store to have a demo of the ray ban meta glasses. Was going to go ahead with purchase but was told that an eye test would be required - for someone that is registered blind, this is quite embarrassing and obviously totally futile. Why you would need an eye test just to be able to purchase lenses without a prescription is beyond me. Went elsewhere with purchase.
- MGMargaret GairOct 15, 20265.0Treatment start to finish was first class staff were polite and professional helpful. The assistant Marie who I saw both times I was in was lovely helpful and patient in helping me with my query. Only thing to let the both visits down was the shop as it was freezing !! I don’t find it cold easily being a certain age but I was foundered on both visits.
- UKumar khanOct 13, 20265.0I had my contact lens test carried out by Zainab at Vision Express, Braehead, and the service was excellent. Zainab was very professional, friendly and thorough throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Thank you, Zainab, for your outstanding service. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Vision Express at Braehead!
