- JSJordan SmithJun 3, 20262.0I have visited this store a good few times over the past year or so as I’m always looking for new glasses and really like the brands Vision Express sell, but the issue is that every single time i’ve entered this store and browsed about, trying on a lot of frames and taking photos of myself, or even the names/prices of the frames. Not once has anyone, ever approached me. One time I was walking about with my prescription copy in my hands clearly eager to buy, any nothing. Another time I dropped a frame and a lens fell out and again nothing. Every time I go in I hope maybe it’ll be different, it never is. It’s quite a shame, maybe because i’m young i don’t look like i’m going to purchase but even then I would still like to be greeted to some level. And I promise you it’s never been busy, there’s always been plenty of staff sat at the tables alone. So I don’t mean this to be harsh but anytime i’ve walked into other opticians i’ve at least been spoken to. Maybe next time i guess?
