  My visit to vision express was fabulous as usual, the staff can't do enough for you , they are very friendly and professional, I wouldn't go to anyone else

  One star is to much for the service that we had !I been yesterday 11/10 around 4 o clock. Shop was busy but the way how we welcome was very bad .we ask to do glasses with proscription having our frames from other shop and the first thing that we heard is :Why you are not buying glasses as well from as and you have 70 paund discount! In very arrogant way ..finally we decided to go back as was cheaper and in the end we paid more than the other shops as of course we paid this 70 paunds that she said if we buy the glasses from the shop we gonna have discount..very very unprofessional and rude girl .very disappointed ,I can understand the busy day as was Sunday but reading store this girl it’s looks like a manager has to replace it straight away !

  Very rude costumer service! I believe it’s Menager specially.I was waiting by the till for someone to come and not one coming,as I was in a very rush and I asked the other lady she was serving someone else,I know she was busy but I asked nicely if someone is coming,instead of saying “HI PLEASE SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY “ she said it in e very rude way you have to wait until someone comes to you she is busy at the back! What a rude service!

  Disappointing experience at Vision Express. We arrived around 10 minutes late for our appointment and were told that they could no longer see us. Completely understand that appointments need to run on time, but I was surprised by the complete lack of flexibility or any attempt to find a solution. There seemed to be no effort to see whether we could be accommodated slightly later, or to offer any practical alternative. I would have expected a little more understanding and a more customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, we left without the appointment being completed and with a very disappointing impression of the service. Managed to get same day service from their competitors.

  I received a letter offering a 20% discount, which naturally encouraged me to book an appointment. When I arrived, I realized I hadn't brought the physical voucher, but my wife sent me a copy via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I was told that without the original hard copy, the discount could not be applied. I was then informed that the discount was only available on varifocal lenses. What wasn't immediately obvious is that a standard lens costs £95 (£28.50 for the lens and £66.50 dispensing fee), while the most basic varifocal starts at around £130. Even with the 20% discount, the varifocal option remains more expensive than a standard lens. To add to the confusion, I was also advised that the basic varifocal is "not very good and that I should ideally go for the next level," which raises questions about the value of the offer. Overall, the promotion felt more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine discount. While the eye test and staff were professional, I left disappointed by the way the offer was presented. Next time, I may simply have my eye test done locally and purchase my glasses online.
