One pair had transitions which I turned into full sunglasses and the other pair were normal distance glasses which needed the correct prescription. The whole process took less than ten minutes to get everything sorted and sent off. Amazing customer service. Will definitely be going to Vision Express again

The staff at Napier go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy. The optician happily worked through her lunch to accommodate my query about contact lenses and proceeded to doing a contact lens check also, even though I had only booked a single appointment for a sight test. Will be back again!
- SSShantul SharmaMay 16, 20261.0Spent £30 on an eye test and apparently it’s company policy to not share the pupillary distance, which is a must if you are buying your glasses elsewhere!! Didn’t make that clear before the test or I wouldn’t have gone there. They then showed me written company policy that says the only provide pupil distance if we buy glasses from them. This policy wasn’t shown during booking the eye test or while the test was being done. This stuff should be illegal.
