  Honestly, big disappointment for me. Being one of the most expensive opticians you expect more commitment in regards delivery time for prescription glasses. Been advised that the order will arrive no later than 2 weeks, 16 days later called and the glasses are “still with the lab”, cannot advise how long will have to wait still. You pay the most and you get the least apparently.

  Prescription was incorrect on purpose (confirmed by the optitian), got redone (which i have no confidence it will be right), been told the new glasses would be ready in 2 weeks only to receive a call after the time to say it will not be ready until at least 3 weeks (this only because i called inquiring if it was ready). For the price paid i would expect better service.

  I was intrigued about Meta glasses and the assistant Sophya helped me understand all the different features the glasses have. Very interesting and I'm considering for my content creation!

  Second time ordering this time I got new frames with the prescription glasses. My new glasses are perfect and look great! Any questions I had were answered very quickly and came in mail sooner than expected. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Easy to order, fast delivery, and incredible customer service before and after! I knew that if they didn’t fit right, or something went wrong with frames, I could contact John Lewis Options Customer Care: the friendly and professional manager to the all team would do whatever is necessary to assure my satisfaction with my new glasses and old ones. I have recommended John Lewis Options to my family and friends, And those who have purchased glasses are as satisfied as me.
