  Every time I go there the service seems to get worse. There’s lots of staff there but they never look up to see if there is anyone at the counter. Just ignored and I find them rude when they can be bothered to come to the till. Awful service.

  Excellent staff, who advised me of a very fair waiting time which was fulfilled. It is important that people, especially some of thouse who have left reviews below, understand why dispensing medication safley takes time. Thank you again.

  I have been down to tescos talbot green.. to see the pharmacist what a waste of time , staff and pharmacist very unhelpful, Not a Nice experience

  Tried to ring in and amend a booking for an injection - they just don't answer the phones. They have an automated message that says 'Number is temporarily unavailable, please try later' - that is repeated constantly - insufficient or lazy staff, gives a poor service to Tesco

  Web site needs an update regarding new opening times, had to go back a second time, closes for lunch and didn’t realise this whilst joining the general queue outside (since the Covid guidelines).
