  Excellent staff, who advised me of a very fair waiting time which was fulfilled. It is important that people, especially some of thouse who have left reviews below, understand why dispensing medication safley takes time. Thank you again.

  Terrible, if you want your prescription 3wk to a month after you put it in tesco upper boat is the place for you, they tell lies saying it's the surgery checked with surgery, they had sent it back 3wk prior, this was happening all the time ,then when you do pick up some of its missing, waiting again, overall a pathetic service, then saying they have too many customers, another reason why prescription is always late, if that's the case Tesco WAKE UP and employ more people out of the vast profits you make !!

  Terrible service and very poor communication from the staff. Requested multiple medications on prescription for my premature daughter and only came back with 2 items. Spoke to the staff and they told me I've only put in 2 items when I know I sent in the full prescription (5 items, 2 slips) meaning they've lost my other prescription. Not happy.

  Shocking service. No customers around and told it was an hour wait. Couldn't wait that long as my toddler is unwell. I asked if they could ring Talbot Green pharmacy- one of the ladies behind the counter said "yes I will ring after I serve the next customer". Firstly I am the customer at the current time so you should be dealing with my request. Another lady called, she told me that Talbot Green is 30 minute wait. I asked where is the next nearest place to go- her reply was to google it. Distressed mother trying to get medication for her toddler as they unwell isn't the response that I want to here! Wouldn't rush back to this pharmacy that's for sure.

  Tried to ring in and amend a booking for an injection - they just don't answer the phones. They have an automated message that says 'Number is temporarily unavailable, please try later' - that is repeated constantly - insufficient or lazy staff, gives a poor service to Tesco
