  Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service – Vision Express Talbot Green (Tesco) Dear Customer Services, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at the Vision Express branch located within Tesco at Talbot Green. Having previously used other Vision Express stores and received good service, I was surprised by the poor experience at this branch. My appointment initially appeared to be progressing normally, however the technician seemed unsure of the process and spent approximately 30 minutes attempting to complete the order while repeatedly seeking assistance from the store manager. Eventually, I was informed that one of the computer systems was not working and was asked to return the following day to complete my order, with assurances that the issue would likely be resolved. When I returned the next morning, I discovered that no notes had been made regarding my visit and no follow-up appointment had been recorded. To make matters worse, the technician advised me that the system had actually been down all week and that nobody had reported the fault. When I asked when it was expected to be repaired, I was told they hoped it would be fixed by the end of the week. What I found most disappointing was the complete lack of communication, ownership, or customer care throughout the process. At no point was a meaningful apology offered, nor was any attempt made to rectify the inconvenience caused or provide an alternative solution. As a long-standing customer who has had positive experiences with Vision Express elsewhere, I found this level of service unacceptable and far below the standards I would expect from your company. I would appreciate your comments on this matter and an explanation of what steps will be taken to prevent other customers experiencing similar issues.

  After a short wait I had eye test and then tried the glasses with the hearing aid bit expensive but it will hopefully stop the ear infection
