No clear communication or dialogue of this. Poor respect for privacy too with a curtain half closed.

A very thorough eye test from a kind, helpful and informative optician. Then a very helpful patient, kind and helpful assistant that helped me choose glasses and sort out the paperwork and information needed. Cannot fault. Used to use Specsavers but changed to Vision Express several years ago and there is no comparison.
- JHJanet HowarthMay 19, 20262.0I got two pairs of glasses from Vision express, can't fault the picking of my glasses which cost me nearly a £1000 with all the extras which I found confusing.. When i went to collect my glasses I walked in to the left of the store to be told by a woman ( I think she is the manager) blond with glasses to line up on the right behind another woman who was with someone in a wheelchair. She asked about some soft framed glasses. Your staff member looked bored and no help to them, they walked out. Then it was my turn, she told me to sit then walked away to her eye pad and food. She really needs to go on a customer service course to learn how to say please thankyou and smile.
