  Great experience as always. Staff are always professional yet friendly and very helpful. I rate the Rochdale store very highly and would recommend to anybody needing an Optician.

  Im currently reporting my experience of my eye test they was very friendly and did what I think was very efficient tests needed but I won't know the outcome till I receive my glasses in the next few days, I was told upto 2 week but ive received a text to track them saying days so we will see.(2 days after eye test).

  I have used Vision Express for quite some time, and always found the staff to be attentive, helpful and affable. The eye testing service is very good, as is any follow up that needs to be done. 5 star.

  Would like to say the service I was given was second to none my option was brilliant so concerned about what was going on not just with my eyes but my health too and got me referred to a few specialists more than my doctors have done thankyou so much 😊

  Disgusting, unprofessional and shocking service by Sam today 30th July 2026. Her tone was unacceptable and she kept using phrases like, I’m not a mind reader, I should have sent your stuff back.’ I explained fully I was laid up with a twisted ankle and could not make it to the store and which part of call the customer and let them know their lenses have arrived, do you not understand Sam? Moreover, when Sam was asked to look and think outside the box to help a customer in crises, she slammed the phone down. Disgusting and awful worth. Take the easy way out Sam! My ask was simple, you absolutely failed on every account. Please go and refresh your customer service. Is it any wonder being lead by Janet, the store’s customer service has deteriorated drastically not like the good old times when Linda ran the store so smoothly and professionally. I will be contacting regional and head office/board of directors for Vision Express about disgusting service received. I did not ask for free eye drops either so DO NOT PATRONISE ME - just give me what I’ve paid for, in excess of £100…How dare you say ‘ I should have sent them back’. Don’t threaten me with your abusive manner. Is that what Janet has taught you because she’s useless too! 30 years, I was with Linda who ran the Rochdale Vision Express store with her high efforts and exceptional service. Both Sam and Janet should be ashamed of yourself.
