  Myself and my family have recently joined the gym and have really enjoyed our experience so far. The facilities are of a high quality and we’re really impressed with the classes that are on offer. It’s a great way to spend part of the weekend as a family. Thank you to Phoebe for showing me around and helping with the joining process.

  Front desk was racist when I visited. Won’t visit again. Won’t recommend for black people. My husband who was white was however treated with respect. I experienced it last year.

  Are there any nice spa and gyms of your company that aren't based on Katie Hopkins and Andrew Tate family styleee based with no children policies?

  Arrived at 10am..went to swipe in but due to the tin roof had to exit to allow pass to load before re-entering, disappointed by the changing rooms toilet paper on all the toilet floors and empty toilet roll boxes at 10am...something id half expect at 10pm. Shower cubicles in the ladies had empty bottlles left on floor alongside hair...sadly people seem to think because they pay a higher price to go here they don't need to bin their empties or remove there hair from sitting on the floor of the showers- tells you about some of the clients, used indoor swimming pool, was quiet, thankfully so got a good swim in with a lane blocked where they were doing lifeguard training and during my swim aqua aerobics class began in another section. I enjoyed the music but while in the steam room a few people moaned about it...I reminded them it was a classic-rolling Tina turner was playing 😅 a few hairdryers didnt work in the ladies changing rooms but luckily it wasn't peak so found plenty to use, undecided if its worth a full membership
