  As someone who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids in both ears I was intrigued wirh the advert for hearing glasses. ( we used to say in the Army " I'll hear you okay when I get my glasses"). Anyway I was in Queensgate in Peterborough and as I get my prescription glasses from Vision Express i decided to call in and ask about them. I introduced myself to a receptionist and explained what I wanted, her name was Louise and she offered to give me a demonstation Nuance Audio Glasses. After 20 minutes I was hooked. At first I doubted the ability of the product to provide me with the volume and clarity I required for my poor hearing, (damaged whilst serving in the army) I was totally surprised with how good the system was and the clarity it gave me. I was ensured that if I didn't get on with them, they could be returned within one hundred days. I need a new pair of hearing aids the cost being three thousand five hundred pounds. The difference in the cost is unbelievable, so in for a penny I've ordered a set and hopefully they'll serve me well for several years. Louise was very competent and knowledgeable of the product and gave me the confidence to buy into the product. I can't wait now to pick them up. "I'll hear you okay when I get my glasses"

  Just ordered glasses and was served by a new employee. Very impressed as really knowledgable helped me choose my lenses and I ended up going with shamir ones as I have varifocal lenses and these are the best ones . Actually ended up ordering two pairs . Very happy .

  I had a mixed experience at Vision Express in Queensgate, but the staff really saved the day The team was absolutely wonderful - so sympathetic, kind and professional. For their customer service and care, I would easily give them a 10/10. The only issue was the scheduling. They booked three of us for the exact same time slot, which I really didn't like as it felt disorganised and caused unnecessary waiting. If they can fix their booking system to avoid double or triple booking, it would be a perfect 5 star experience. Thank you to the lovely staff for looking after us!
