We joined recently and are so pleased we did. New to David Lloyd entirely but Peterborough is great. Signed up with Estelle who was so lovely, knowledgable and an asset to DL! Didn’t feel under any pressure and she was very happy to answer any questions we had. Staff on reception are super sweet and smiley! Lots of fun events on. Great gym equipment and lots of options. Plenty classes and the booking system works well. Changing rooms are plentiful in size and really high pressured showers :) the gym stretch mats are a bit worn would be my only gripe but honestly find it hard to fault this place, glad we are members! Deffo going to be spending a lot of time here.

Estelle was brilliant in helping us to sign up for a membership, we visited on our way past to ask about membership options and Estelle was really friendly and helpful. She gave us a full tour and provided all the information we needed to decide which was the best option. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and Estelle was really knowledgeable and relaxed. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Estelle at David Lloyd Peterborough! We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Estelle, who was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She handled our membership and joining process brilliantly and made what could have been a stressful or complicated process feel incredibly easy and enjoyable. Estelle was so friendly, welcoming and professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly helpful, and made us feel genuinely valued from the very beginning. It’s people like Estelle who make such a fantastic first impression, and she is a real credit to David Lloyd Peterborough. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone considering joining. Thank you so much, Estelle — you were amazing! ❤️
