  David at the club today was very helpful and extremely informative specially for us a first time parents for a really active toddler. Our day went even better than expected for a first day at the kids swimming pool and we’re looking forward for more engaging activities for out little one

  Pool- most of the times very cold Saunas- super crowded. Micro jacuzzi- forget it! Only for 4 pp. Tennis bubble court- super cold so during the winter the bubble only helps you with the rain but inside is freazing cold. Very crowded- depending the time you can't even use the facility and they shut the kids pool. They charge you a LOT for a premium service but they offer you much less than a traditional club- so it's a scam. RUN AWAY !

  Really need to sort their customer service out and bring it in line to a good standard. Some reception staff are really friendly whereas others completely ignore you intentionally at the reception for instance and leave you hanging and waiting ! (Name to follow!)

  Had a tour with David today, showed me all the facilities, the ins and outs and was very friendly and welcoming and very attentive to my questions and concerns. Signed up for a 12 month contract, looking forward to starting my journey here. Highly recommend.

  I came into David Lloyd and received the warmest of welcomes from a lady called Estelle. She showed me around the club and was very attentive to my needs and goals as a potential customer. She then showed me all the options for membership and made sure I got started on the best package for my needs. I can’t wait to start training. Thanks Estelle!!
