  I went to Vision Express to get the nose pads on my glasses replaced and was pleasantly surprised when they did it for free! The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service. I really appreciate it!

  I placed an order for a replacement pair of contact lenses on Tuesday morning and was informed they would be available by Friday or Saturday. These were required for a significant event scheduled for Saturday evening, a detail I conveyed during our phone conversation. I was also advised that I would receive a call upon their arrival. Today, Saturday, I visited the establishment on the possibility that they might have arrived. My initial interaction at the counter was with a polite and helpful associate who diligently searched for my order. She then enlisted the assistance of a colleague, for which I waited patiently. Subsequently, a second, more senior associate addressed me with a disapproving demeanor, stating that the order was placed only a few days prior and would not be available until early next week. Had I been aware of this, I would not have proceeded with the order. The tone of this associate's voice was particularly distressing, as it conveyed a condescending attitude despite my polite and optimistic approach. I intend to collect my replacement contact lenses next week, after which I will be canceling my prescription. As an individual who experiences social anxiety, engaging with others in public settings presents a considerable challenge. Today's experience has significantly diminished my perception of your establishment and heightened my anxiety upon departure. While I acknowledge that Saturdays can be busy, I anticipated a consistent and exceptional level of customer service, regardless of the day. It is regrettable that a valued customer has been left with this impression. I am confident that she will be satisfied with the outcome. Her demeanor certainly suggested a negative reception.
