  Like many others have already said, one specific lady is being specifically rude... The few times I had to speak to her, she was very unpleasant to talk to. Well actually I didn't have to talk to her that much because she simply says the minimum. One day she left me there wondering what was it all about. I left with my prescription feeling quite annoyed by her attitude and not understanding the reason for it. It is quite a busy pharmacy so I suggest to renew your prescription as early as you can to have it ready on time when you need it. The rest of the staff is nice though.

  I have to agree with the others here. I went for help for some epilepsy medications. My usual online provider had sent the wrong meds. Having spoken to my GP and confirmed the batch script was now with the pharmacy. When o turned up there was a very rude Scottish lady, who was frustrated that I hadn’t registered in advance of me going to the counter. She said she “looked” in the cloud and it wasn’t there, but that it was “probably for the best as we aren’t good at batch prescriptions anyway”. No wonder the in person pharmacy is dying and we are moving online. Rude, unhelpful and non empathetic staff are far worse than automated service. I feel sorry for anyone that had to rely on her service.

  An excellent pharmacy. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and they actually take the time to listen and treat you with respect which is unusual nowadays. Prescriptions are always ready really quickly and the whole process is smooth with no hassle or delays. So much better organised than other local pharmacies. Great service every time! Thank you.
