  I had an excellent experience with JJ at David Lloyd. From the moment we met, JJ was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to show me around the club, answered all of my questions, and explained the facilities and membership options clearly without any pressure. His enthusiasm and genuine passion for the club really stood out, and he made me feel welcome throughout the tour. Thanks to JJ, I left feeling confident that David Lloyd is the right fit for me. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the team. Highly recommended!

  Standards have severely dropped since joining when this place first opened. Prime example this evening, video of my kids curry we waited an hour for, a tiny cube of chicken. This after I sent the first bowl back which contained two small cubes! Upon complaining I was told these meals come pre packaged in a bag and there's nothing they can do. Yum. Just means I waited an hour for a poor microwave meal. Some good classes and instructors, but gym is always packed, always issues with various things in the spa being out of order, classes hard to get onto. I also snappes my Achilles here last year, where I had to basically crawl out and order myself and Uber to a and e! However, seems from all the 5 star reviews, the tours are magical!

  Really happy with the service. Jonjo helped me sort out my membership quickly and made everything clear from the start. He was professional, friendly, and explained all the options properly without putting any pressure on me. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I’m happy with what I signed up for. Definitely recommend speaking to him if you’re thinking about getting a membership.

  Update - this seems to be a daily issue, management really need to get a grip of this, people that need to use the ev bays for CHARGING can't!!! Selfish people parking in the EV bays and not charging, preventing people with EV unable to park and charge. SELFISH! 🤬
