- SSSavy Kaur SondhiOct 8, 20262.0I’ve had a very good experience with almost all of the staff at the club, which is why it’s disappointing to have had another unpleasant interaction with Rebecca at reception. This was the third time I’ve found her approach to be unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. On this occasion, I asked if I could borrow a charger as I didn’t have one with me, and I was simply told that chargers are not provided. Which was totally not true. I also came in using a guest pass through my partner, as my membership is currently frozen, due to health reach reason and was told that I wasn’t allowed to come in.Guest passes are not allowed to already existing / past members I completely understand that there are rules and policies to follow, but the way these things are communicated makes a huge difference. There was really no need for the level of confrontation or tone, especially when I had simply come in at the end of the day to accompany my partner. And a guest is a guest even if the membership is frozen due to health reason and guest are totally allowed to come and you have to respect they have been a member since 2 years . I found it very uncomfortable and had to write this. Hopefully the club can take this feedback on board, as the experience with the rest of the staff has generally been very positive.
