  What a shambles of a Pharmacy, a big sign asks you to "respect" the people working there but zero respect is given to the users of this Pharmacy. The worst part is the eye rolling like all the problems faced at the pharmacy are our, matters (another pharmacy closing transfering 1000 patients, get more staff, and missing medications) these problems aren't actually the customers, nor is eye rolling going to solve any of it. My prescription was placed on a Friday, I was told it wasn't there, I called my GP and it was, so went back Saturday, told if I could wait an hour, I could have them, I said I would come back Saturday or Monday, I returned today, to be told by a very sour faced person that I will withhold her name (The eye roller) that the prescription only went in on Friday so it was "too soon" to collect. I explain this being my 3rd visit, to which a pharmacist came out to explain Tesco's pharmacy personal staffing issues. There were still 2 missing medicines, but it was not asked if I had enough (both cannot be stopped) and no one bothered to say they would call me when they have them, I had to give my number and ask for this. So 3 visits each queuing 30 mins and I still don't have all my medications. You need to do better. Not make excuses and most certainly not roll your eyes.

  I don't have the option to choose less then one star. The Dr prescribed 250 mg antibiotics for my 11 years old child but pharmacist gave me 500 mg which I found when I got back home. This is completely carelessness on professionalism. I hope Tesco pharmacy will give this consideration and improve their service in future. Medication is very important and might kill someone. Be serious please.

  Extremely poor service and an unacceptable attitude from the pharmacy staff this morning. I arrived at approximately 08:15 to collect our child’s prescription and was told it would take around 15 minutes. I did some shopping, returned after 20 minutes and continued waiting, yet received no update or explanation. While I was waiting, at least five other customers collected their prescriptions and left. When I asked what was happening, was simply told, “There’s a delay.” No reason was given. When I asked again again after 5 more customers have gone, I was met with an increasingly rude and dismissive attitude and was repeatedly given the same unhelpful response. The prescription was eventually handed over approximately one hour later. If there was a genuine delay, the least staff could have done was explain the reason and provide a realistic timescale. Leaving someone waiting—particularly for a child’s medication—without any meaningful communication is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have experienced poor service here. We will no longer be using this pharmacy for our prescriptions. Management needs to address both the lack of communication and the unacceptable way customers are spoken to.

  Lost count of the number of times I have rushed up to our only late opening pharmacy only to find them shut. Very disappointing given there is nowhere else to go after 5:30 in Abingdon
