Jennifer Entwistle was exceptional throughout the appointment. Despite it being close to closing time, she did not rush any part of the examination and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Her patience and excellent customer service made the experience very reassuring. I will certainly be returning to collect my first pair of glasses.

Whilst being served they still talking to each other about work problems. It's my first time getting glasses. Woman asked me if I wanted thus or that so I asked what is it. She is looking at me like I'm stupid. Just made me feel like I shouldn't be there.
