  First prescription delivered to this pharmacy. As such, I didn't receive a SMS when the prescription arrived. My 1st contact from them was 3 weeks later, when an employee checked the list. It was an generic message, with no deadline or anything. I turn up a week later to pick up the prescription to be told that it had been returned, as it had been in the oharmacy for 28 days. The system is rubbish (no automatic SMS if you are not registered in their system, no communicated deadline to pick up), but the employees are certainly doing their best. 1 out 5 for the system, 5 out 5 for the pharmacist who explained the situation calmly to me while I was frustrated.

  Quite poor at answering the phones when it comes to asking about medication. No matter the time I've rung I get hung up. Really poor when I'm trying to see if medication is ready for pick up for the People We Support.
