  My partner spoke to someone at this pharmacy as our daughter had a bad case of nappy rash and the cream we had didnt seem to be doing anything. The pharmacy told her to use clotrimazole and this would clear the nappy rash up. It hasnt, its made it worse and the rash has now spread further. My partner spoke to a doctor at York District bhospital and she was told that this cream should NOT have been given out for nappy rash as it is not for that and said there is no wonder the rash has got worse. This in our eyes is disgusting, our daughter is now in agony because of this pharmacy giving out the wrong cream for this problem. We are going to be taking this further .

  Shocking experience from one of the male dispensers. When I asked for my Mounjaro prescription he refused to give me the required needles for this jab stating that "they came attached to the Mounjaro pen". I mentioned I'd been getting the jabs for 3 months and the needles come separately. He refused to accept this and when I asked if he had handed out any medication of this kind before, he replied "loads". I then asked him to open the Mounjaro pen and lo and behold, he's wrong, I'm right. Yes, no apology!! I said I would report his attitude to the Pharmacy Manager to which he responded sarcastically " you'll have a long wait" as there were people in front of me. I don't need this sort of arrogant, self-righteous behavior from someone who quite frankly should not be dealing with the public and should basically be put back to stacking shelves. I'm considering going elsewhere.
