    Very informative, explained what I saw through the scope in my ears. The test was done quickly and again explained the graph. The audiologist lady was really nice and put me at ease. Thank you

    Went for a hearing appointment but only found out at the appointment that I had to wear a mask. I explained that I was exempt but was told I could not attend the appointment without a mask. Arrived home to find a letter delivered after my appointment telling me I had to wear a mask, or a visor which no one told me was an alternative! No where on the website was this mentioned nor in the emails sent after I booked the appointment or the reminder sent before the appointment. Useless! Go elsewhere as Boots do not care!
