  Rang up to see if my prescription had being ordered and was ready to collect they had said yes should be there I had went to collect and they have not got it. Waste of my time when I don’t drive

  Had been in today to the pharmacy at 10:50. Pharmacist was brilliant let me know how long my wait would be for an emergency prescription that I had requested from 111. On the other hand the woman behind the till was rude abrupt and look like she wanted to be any we're else but there. Her service was appalling. I was asked to write out what meds would be needed from my client as I'm a carer in the community and she slammed down a pen and paper in front of me served another customer was then typing on her phone and then when I was done she took it off me and I said is that everything she ignored me walked about the desk I asked her again and I got a "ye". I used to be a supervisor for Tesco and id my staff were acting like this I would have pulled them in straight away. The woman was wearing a blue top (NO NAME TAG) white hair and black glasses. I'm going to post the same review on the Tesco reviews them selves and when I go back to collect meds I'm going to ask to speak to her manager.

  Don’t waste your time here - the staff would all rather stand behind the rear counter chatting to each other than come to the front one and serve people who are waiting - stood for 10 minutes, was looked at a few times and ignored and then I gave up - I would rather take my business elsewhere.

  Shambles of a pharmacy. Never have the medication you need. Very slow service and I dont think they know how to smile!
