- ABAlan ButtonSep 30, 20262.0The service given by the members of staff on the day of my eye test was excellent, 5 🌟 I returned a couple of weeks later to choose a new pair of glasses, again the attention to detail was 5 🌟 A few days later I got notice that the new glasses were ready to collect. I arrived and after a couple of minutes I was shown to a desk by one of the lads there, I gave my name and he brushed aside with his hand the rubbish on the desk possibly from his lunch break. A different lad brought over the new glasses, he dropped the packet on the floor that they came in and handed the glasses to me. I noticed how tight the arms were to open, he claimed this was normal and would loosen in time, I said it's not happened to me before in 35 years of wearing glasses. He took them away to adjust them, a little improvement but not by much. He didn't check if they fitted me well or not and then handed me a used branded glasses case to keep them in, no cleaning cloth provided, then he disappeared, I left the case as I didn't want one that clearly looked used. So I left disappointed with the service, I would give 0 🌟 I'll be considering going elsewhere next time sadly.
