- AJAMAL JOSEPH2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at Tesco Pharmacy on Norham Road on 22 October 2026 at around 6 pm. The member of staff who served me spoke in a way that I found rude, demanding and aggressive, despite my efforts to remain polite. I understand pharmacy staff need to ask questions, but the manner in which I was questioned made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Customers should be treated with patience and courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how staff communicate with customers.
- TTTasha Du ToitSep 16, 20263.0Was difficult to navigate the isles, a bit unorganised
- BMbrenda mitchelsonSep 6, 20261.0Pity to have to give them 1 star the people and service in this pharmacy is disgusting. Arrogant staff speak down to you as if you were dhit on their shoes. Reading other reviews agree worst pharmacy in the area. Was there last night and the way he spoke to me was extreme bad not the first time and that was 2 different pharmacist so not just one all of them.
- SASusan AdieMay 7, 20252.0This pharmacy is getting very irritating. Two of my items were out of stock so they decided to hold on to other items which are vital meds. This time there were two items missing, they said I had them which of course I didn't. Shocking service.
