- ESElaine StevensonSep 20, 20265.0Excellent service from all staff. Wide range of frames to choose from, can certainly recommend.
- TJtracy jordanSep 14, 20265.0Very light open area as you walk in where you are greated by a member of staff who directs you to upstairs where you wait to be seen. The first examination is done with care and explanation you are then sent to the optitician who tests your eyes with great care and explanation throughout. Highly recommend this place
- SHSarah HowardSep 12, 20265.0Always excellent service when visiting Vision Express in West Bridgford, been having my eyes tested here for 15+ years. The staff are all great, patient and helpful with my eye needs. Recently moved out of the area and went to another opticians and the service wasn't great didn't take into account my eye condition and the effect it has on my eyes whilst having eye tests. Needless to say, I won't be going back there and prefer to travel just over an hour to have my eyes tested here.
