- KGKobi GhansahOct 13, 20264.0The eye test and staff were faultless.... a really great service and couldn't do enough to help. Only reason i wouldn't give the experience a 5 star is due to how long i was in the store for. Felt like there was a lot of unnecessary waiting around besides me having the time checking out glasses.
- JMJo MaxfieldOct 12, 20265.0Eye test on Saturday amazing service from both Mehnoor and Simone answered all my questions didn't feel anything was to much to ask. Especially would like to thank Simone helping me choose my glasses 🤓 she was so good 👍
- AHAli HussainOct 9, 20265.0I was served by Dawn in the Victoria centre branch, i visited the branch on two occasions (07/10 and 08/10) due to having my eye test on the first day and then returning the next day to make a decision on what to purchase etc. Dawn was very patient and knowledgeable, there was no ‘hard selling’ however her knowledge and communication skills made it easy for me to return the next day to make the decision to purchase the glasses. Dawn ensured I was looked after and i felt confident enough to ask Dawn any questions no matter how silly the questions might have seemed! Dawn is a credit to the store and it’s always helpful to be served by someone who is clearly looking out for the customer’s best interests. Thank you Dawn, much appreciated!
- SPSally-anne PooleOct 8, 20265.0Louise and Mandu were really helpful, professional and patient during our impromptu visit to store this week. My daughter chose a fab pair of Tom Ford glasses and decided to join the contact lens direct debit scheme. We were offered sound advice and financial options which really sealed the deal. Thanks so much 🙏
- RRRebecca ReesOct 3, 20261.0I recently went to this store (I usually go to West Bridgford) for a contact lens check. Upon review I discussed with the optician trialling a new lens and pausing my current prescription. He confirmed both had been processed. It had been 6 weeks and I have had 2 monthly payments come out and just discovered it was not paused. In addition no trial lenses were sent. Will be going back to West Bridgford. Shame as the floor colleagues who helped me select my glasses were great!!!
