  Young girl who did the checks prior to my appointment was very lovely & spoke with a nice tone,Optometrist was very nice and friendly too making the experience very smooth as I can get quite anxious at times,both girls where so nice &helpful after &i will ask for there help when choosing my glasses,I do have to say the manager seems quote arrogant &does not speak,I work at tescos &pass him numerous times during my shift,he gives no eye contact or says morning or hi or anything, it doesn't give a very welcoming look is all I'm going to say maybe someone needs to have a chat with him.

  An excellent experience. The staff were very helpful and patient. I must give my sincere thanks to the optician Krish Patel who was extremely thorough, professional and very patient with me. She also referred me to my GP for a referral to a glaucoma clinic (this was sorted out the following day and an appointment has been made). Thank you all very much.
