  Refused to issue a prescription from Kings Mill as she thought the dose wasn't on the prescription - it clearly was. Wouldn't call the hospital to clarify her misunderstanding as she "didn't have all day". I had spent all day and the previous night in hospital in excruciating pain with no sleep and would've welcomed a bit of help/compassion. Took the prescription to Harts Pharmacy on Watnall Road who were very pleasant and issued the pain relief immediately.

  Went to be seen for tonsillitis, told them I saw some white spots at the back of my throat, the pharmacist pulled out his torch on his phone, glanced into my throat and said there is no white spots and that I just have a viral infection. This happened twice, one day after the other. The next day I had to go to the gp, they diagnosed me with acute tonsillitis, I then had to go to a&e as I had a left sided quincy that both the gp nor pharmacist saw. I was admitted to the hospital for 3 nights. So much for “just a viral infection”.

  Should be closed for incompetence quite frankly, my wife went to see a pharmacist , couldn't perform tests to prescribe something. I thought pharmacists were meant to be there helping reduce the burden on the NHS.
