  Went to be seen for tonsillitis, told them I saw some white spots at the back of my throat, the pharmacist pulled out his torch on his phone, glanced into my throat and said there is no white spots and that I just have a viral infection. This happened twice, one day after the other. The next day I had to go to the gp, they diagnosed me with acute tonsillitis, I then had to go to a&e as I had a left sided quincy that both the gp nor pharmacist saw. I was admitted to the hospital for 3 nights. So much for “just a viral infection”.

  Got me out of a pinch when I left all my medication at the other end of the country. Zero fuss from a very professional and courteous team.

  Really poor service, there are a couple who try their upmost to be prompt, prescriptions should be done within 24 hours of being sent by GP, having to wait for 45 mins for urgent heart arrhythmia meds is not good. Try to avoid this pharmacy if you can

  Tesco Hucknall is the worst pharmacy in the local area. Never friendly, Never have things in stock, they take days to process scripts sent straight from the GP and when you eventually (if you’re lucky) get a text to say they’re ready, when you go to collect they still make you wait 20 mins whilst they check it. Again. Wouldn’t be so bad but I was even given the wrong insulin once! Avoid at all costs.
