  Poor they don’t answer the phone when you ring would save a lot of time if you could see if your prescription is ready instead of getting there waiting 20 30 minutes 🤷🏼‍♂️

  It would be efficient to bin all the staff off, have a room with everyone's prescriptions on the floor that we have to go find ourselves and have a bloke on the exit checking IDs with the name on the prescription.

  Turned up 8mins before closing and was turned away, needed my prescription but staff didn’t want to turn back on the computer to help me. Don’t advertise 9pm closing time if you’re going to close early for no reason.

  Extremely poor service and their phone lines have been engaged for over 5 hours think they've taken the phone off tje hook so they don't have to do their job
