- EDEden DobneyOct 13, 20265.0I don’t normally leave Google reviews and, to be honest, I never really have before, but on this occasion I felt Craig genuinely deserved one. He made the whole process so easy and got everything resolved incredibly quickly. I’m really happy with how everything was handled, and the level of service he provided was second to none. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to help and make sure everything is sorted. A massive thank you to Craig for all his help. Really appreciate it!
- EWEllie WingOct 13, 20265.0Signing up process: I haven't technically started at David Lloyd yet but I had a tour with Kimran at the weekend and she was great in explaining the facilities, classes, benefits and taking the time for my questions. Appreciate there's a bit to understand in terms of app sign up, passes, price banding etc. but Kim really took the time to explain it for me and even help set up me on what I needed. I can't wait to start going regularly but having the tour and chat with Kimran definitely cemented by decision in joining the club. Thanks!
- SSShyamOct 6, 20265.0I attended Amelia’s Rhythm class at David Lloyd West Bridgford this evening, and I wanted to leave some positive feedback. It was my first Rhythm class and I had an amazing time! Amelia was wonderful at making everyone feel included, regardless of experience or ability, and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find an instructor who can make a genuinely challenging class feel equally enjoyable and accessible. Amelia’s energy, encouragement and ability to bring the whole group together really stood out. A fantastic class and a brilliant instructor – I’ll definitely be back!
