- WPWendy Phelan4 days ago5.0Really helpful optician took the time to explain everything to me. The whole place felt very relaxed and all staff were really pleasant
- THTabitha HansonOct 7, 20265.0I have recently struggled with eye strain and tension headaches. My whole life I struggled with dizziness, anxiety in open spaces, derealisation and struggles with reading. I always get my eyes checked by this branch every 2 years and they're great. I had an appointment last week regarding my symptoms. I was very worried that something was wrong and it would be brushed off. I had a lovely optometrist. I can't remember her name, but she had blonde hair and wore glasses herself. She was amazing, and so kind. She found I had a misaligned eye and needed glasses for treatment. I had been living with this possibly my whole life and I never knew! There was another lovely optician who helped me with choosing glasses and getting everything sorted for me. I cannot thank both of these ladies enough!! Since picking up my glasses today, I can now see properly for the first time in 21 years! I no longer have horrible dizziness or see blurred words. I hope they continue to help in weeks, months and years time. Thank you so much! The new store renovation is lovely, and the staff are brilliant. I cannot recommend enough.

- SWSam WiddowsonSep 9, 20265.0Alice is lovely and helpful, she is very patient and recommended exactly what I needed. She showed me the best deals and gave me lots of choices. Will definitely return to this store.
- CFChloe FountainSep 4, 20265.0I came into store last week to have my eyes tested and soon after sat with Steph who was amazing. She talked me through my payment plans which I didn't know what available and helped me choose my new glasses and gave me so much confidence! I had my young daughter with me and I can sometimes get a bit frazzled looking after her and dealing with other things at once but she was so patient and also was brilliant with my daughter, making sure she was comfortable also. Steph is a real keeper and an absolute credit to the team!
