Also, Joshua (Manager covering branch from a Nottingham branch) was excellent, explained everything perfectly, very friendly, and informative. Store had a good selection of frames, despite being a concession store (within tesco). Whole experience 5 star.

- DRDean RobertAug 28, 20262.0Really disappointed with Vision Express in Tesco, Mansfield. The first time I used Vision Express I bought reading glasses from them and went through three pairs in around 12 months because they just didn’t seem to last. They were around £25 a pair, and eventually I gave up and started using cheap reading glasses from Home Bargains instead, which actually lasted better. Recently I decided to give Vision Express another chance. I had another eye test at the Mansfield Tesco branch and this time bought a more expensive pair of glasses, thinking I would get better quality. Unfortunately, they haven’t lasted five minutes either. One of the arms has completely fallen off and I can’t even find it. I called the Mansfield store today to explain what had happened, but I honestly came away feeling as though they weren’t particularly interested. After my previous experience, I specifically spent more this time expecting better quality. To have another pair fail so quickly is extremely disappointing.
