Kirsty was absolutely wonderful, she has a lovely manner, she is very efficient and very professional, which impressed me ever so much, as unfortunately this is very rearely seen today. She gave not 100%, but 200%. I'll definetly be back and recommend her to family and friends.

Went in with an issue and she repeatedly banged my glasses on the counter to “demonstrate how lense coating could be damaged” Luckily some of the original staff are still in store as they seem to keep the store running
