- JSJay Smith3 days ago1.0Using Zapmap, it showed a publicly accessible EV charger at the David Lloyd site so needing to charge my car I went up, no charger, that’s fine but I needed a code to leave the site through the barrier. I asked at reception and to say the woman was rude and obnoxious was an understatement!! ‘This is private property’ and ‘if there was a charger it would be for members only anyway’ were stand out comments! Her attitude, considering I was being very friendly was appalling and honestly just unprofessional. I’ve heard negative things about David Lloyd’s and if the front desk is anything to go by I would say they’re to be believed!
- JDJohn DentonOct 7, 20264.0Improved facilities but expensive and too many teenagers and young men messing about the pools
- JDJames DunnOct 3, 20261.0Sales girl blatantly lied when selling membership and omitted key facts. General Manager refused to acknowledge complaints. Sales girl response to meeting request was "im on holiday". Their debt collectors are persistent but clueless. Automatic discipline when missed classes due to injury but following sales girls promise ignored. Staff treated terribly. Worst hospitality experience ever. If you want cheap childminding and nouveau riche with clueless arrogance it is ideal
- SDSam DaviesSep 22, 20262.0Lovely new sauna and jacuzzi but the steam room hardly ever has any steam! Has steam for a few minutes every half hour
- AMAnnemarie MoulSep 2, 20262.0The air conditioning in the new high energy studio is woefully inadequate. I turned my ankle in the dance class because the floor had so much condensation and sweat on it.
