I found the gym too small and left, but use it for the kids to learn swimming, over the years zero problems with lifeguards, trainers, the changing areas, the overall cleanliness but what frustrates me is the bottleneck that is the reception area. I don't think it's either staffed enough at times or equpped enough and some seeking of answers seems to take too long. Queues are something you do not want. Perhaps once people who have their kids in a pool shouldn't be there stifling those trying to get their kids in a pool on time. Self help tablet mounted somewhere so people can ask questions to someone in office or to software. Just get the queues of people needing to get in down to zero, those coming out not so hurried, those with kids in the pool have their half hour to ask the question.

My son was only 2 points away from moving up to the next level. We changed his lesson day, so he had a different teacher. After just one lesson with the new teacher, his score dropped by almost 50%. No explanation was given. We were simply told that every teacher assesses differently. I don’t think such a big drop after one lesson is fair or makes sense.

Lovely staff, clean water and facilities, and an all-round nice place to swim. The changing rooms are unisex, but there are plenty available to accommodate everyone, along with plenty of lockers. I can't comment on the gym as I've never used it — I mainly come here swimming with my son, who always really enjoys it too. We've always had a good experience here and would highly recommend it for swimming!

I took my grandchildren swimming Friday just gone. I was absolutely appalled at this poor couple with their two children who were thrown out of the small pool and told to go into the big pool it was disgusting I was not impressed and thought they treated this young family appallingly. Sam warke
