With the above in mind I have just been charged £200 for a frame which is advertised on numerous sites for a starting price of £80, I will be questioning this!!!

Molly, in particular, stood out. She took the time to show me a wide range of frame options and made sure I found styles that suited me, without any pressure to make a purchase. It was genuinely appreciated and made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. A few days later, I received the specs I’d ordered from Vision Express website, and knew I could pop back into the branch to have them adjusted. Molly was there again, and she did a cracking job getting the frames fitted comfortably. Really appreciated the consistency and care.
