- MAMuhammad Azim6 days ago1.0I had my eye test done today, and the whole process, including choosing glasses, took approximately one hour. During that time I needed to use the toilet, so it was very disappointing to find that there were no customer toilet facilities available. For customers who are waiting that long, especially after spending nearly £300, I would expect basic facilities to be available. I have been a customer for the last few years, but unfortunately this experience has left me quite disappointed, and I probably would not return again.
