I had a very positive experience at Specsavers Nottingham (wheeler gate). I was able to amend my appointment since I was facing a delay, I also was ushered in quickly once I arrived, had a seamless process at the store. All the members who helped out through the process explained the test and scan and helped me get the right prescription for my glasses. This does feel like a great service as I could see how kind and professional everyone was at the store.

Staffs are super friendly and very helpful. I lost the name card but please give them all a raise. No rush, no hard selling, very honest and professional. I didn't have to tell long story but the staffs already knew everything I need. 10/10

Kaleigh (think I spelled her name right) was fantastic from start to finish. She was so very helpful with picking out frames we had a good laugh together. It made the visit so pleasant both my husband and I had a great experience. I really feel Kaleigh deserves a bonus or commission. I would have probably only gotten the two pairs of glasses but because I had such a good experience with her I ended up getting 4. Her help picking frames was so good. She listened to my likes and concerns. It was just a really great time. Not a hassle at all.

My advice to fellow complex prescription glasses users unless your willing to pay £140 per pair of glasses to have them thinned you will be unable to buy glasses from this store . Do not be fooled if it apprars your orders being processed as a few days later you will revieve a phone call from this store . Giving you the choice to pay the £140 thinning or the order being cancelled . Their staff who advise on glasses also give wrong information i know it happened to me twice . Order glasses if youve time to waste Back to Asda optocians i go where i am not discriminated against for complex prescription.

The eye test was quick and professional, but the end was disappointing. I was ushered straight to a sales assistant to look at glasses despite never asking for them. It felt underhand and unprofessional to be pressured into a sale when I only booked an eye test. Great clinical service, but the forced "guided tour" of the frames is a total turn-off.
