  Great facility for the community and on the whole it is well kept and clean but minor repairs are usually left un addressed and the reception staff are often not as helpful as they could be and from my own experience come across a bit flat and disinterested when you ask them for anything more than the most basic information. My biggest issue with the place though is the operator Places Leisure and there horrendous communication. All sites seemingly use one switchboard/call centre for calls. So if you have a need to call them you will have to spend a great deal of time navigating a really bad automated system and when you do finally get to speak to a person they are as easily flummoxed by your query as the staff at the reception desk. So in summary the facility is there to be used and it is decent but don't expect too much as customers aren't really valued and the overall experience can leave you frustrated.

  Use the pool only for swimming lengths.staff are pretty good. Using app is easy to book. Pool and changing rooms are kept clean.

  Facilities here are on another level. Gym, swimming pool and spa are so good. Staff are really helpful and friendly but at times are completely overwhelmed with far too much going on, obviously not their fault. Think the head management at places leisure need to support the fantastic staff they have rather than leaving them to deal way too much. Many other members I speak to share this opinion. On the whole it’s a great place though

  No option to have a gym only membership, which for the current price, isn't worth it.
