  Refused to sell me lactulose. Pharmacist did not even bother asking me who it is for and why. It was not even busy. I have a pharmacy background so yes I was very surprised with the level of service. Went to Boots in Sixfields and had no issues.

  I visited this pharmacy today to collect my medication and wanted to say a huge thank you to the pharmacist, Julia. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She took the time to explain how the NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate works and how it could help me save money. I had no idea this even existed, so I really appreciate her taking the time to make me aware of it and explain everything so clearly. Thank you again, Julia, for your excellent service and genuine care — it made such a difference.

  Extremely slow process with queue all day along no matter what time of the day you go. Takes more then an hour to pick medication despite of ordering that well in advance. Very rude staff and totally painful process
