  Attended late in the day with an unwell daughter. Staff were helpful and friendly even though they were about to close. Pharmacist took all details in consultation room and was understanding and reassuring. Prescription given with follow on advice if needed. Was very happy and thankful for their excellent service ☺️

  They are very good. Once your tablets are ready they will message you that they are ready to be collect.

  Never apologise for their mistakes including putting the wrong medication in a completely different medication box or asking me to confirm my address and still handing over someone else’s prescription with their name and address on with an entirely different prescription inside - of course, because it wasn’t mine! Takes a ridiculous amount of time to prepare a repeat prescription. Then when collecting a prescription is checked again and that takes an age. 20 minutes is “quick”. Twice I’ve waited 45 minutes for a non repeat prescription. No manners. Rude. Always greeted with “did you get a text”. Don’t contact you to let you know a medication is no longer available, wait for a text that never arrives, decreasing the window to arrange something else. Atrocious.
