- CBChristopher BriggsAug 4, 20265.0Having accidentally stepped on my glasses and broken the frame, I attended at the Scunthorpe Tesco vision express store and spoke to Gill About my situation a short time later. Gill was brilliant, and was able to supply a new frame to replace my broken one, and also sorted out the financial side of things. Gill then went to the extra effort of contacting another local store, who was then able to repair my spectacles within 10 minutes prior to that store closing. I cannot thank Gill, and also Craig and Sophie C from the Scunthorpe High St store who repaired my glasses, for the caring and professional manner in which they dealt with my issue. Thank you all very much. Please can it be ensured that all persons are thanked on my behalf, especially Gill who set the wheels in motion for my repair, but also Craig and Sophie C who carried out the repair at such short notice.
