- HMHeathet MccreadyAug 12, 20251.0I attended yesterday at 16.30 for a hearing test however I was told it could not proceed because I needed wax removal. Today I attended an appointment elsewhere and was told there was no wax in either ear and had to pay a consultation fee. I tried to contact the Boots Branch today to discuss but was unsuccessful.
