- CCChloe CromieOct 14, 20265.0I had a really lovely experience at Vision Express! Orla, Abby, Caitlin and Gemma the optician were all absolutely amazing. They were so friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my visit, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Gemma was brilliant as the optician, taking the time to help and explain everything clearly. The whole team went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one, and their excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you all for your kindness and support. I would definitely recommend Vision Express to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, professional team! 😊 I can’t wait to get my new glasses 🤓
