A special mention has to go to Sally, who was absolutely incredible. I had actually spoken to her a few weeks before just to ask a quick question, and she was so helpful that it gave me the confidence to book an appointment. When I came back in, she took her time with me, talked me through everything honestly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my choices. She’s so knowledgeable and genuinely cares, which made such a difference. Grace (the optician) was also fantastic - so friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and really put me at ease during the appointment. Thanks to both of them, I ended up choosing glasses that I absolutely love, and I feel really happy and confident with my decision. Overall, such a positive experience – the team are welcoming, professional, and genuinely lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
