- DODamisi Osilaja5 days ago2.0Not providing toilet for the use of customers is highly poor act of customer service. I was seriously pressed to use the toilet but was sent out to look for a toilet to use in neighbourhood. Glasses are too expensive compare to other competitors.
- CJCharlotte Johnson5 days ago1.0The eye test itself was fine, but unfortunately the pricing afterwards was extremely unclear. I had called beforehand and was told basic single-vision lenses started at £99.95 and that the 30% offer applied to frames and lenses. In store, despite asking for the most basic option for my simple prescription, the total for two pairs came to nearly £900, with the lenses costing more than the frames. And this was after the discounted 30%. Prices also appeared to change during the consultation without a clear explanation. Most disappointing was that I wasn’t provided with a proper itemised quote; the costs were worked out manually on a Post-it note. For a purchase of this value, I expected much greater transparency and clarity.

Today I was helped By Ruby who was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of great advice on the lenses I chose, tinted lenses and style. I didn’t feel under any pressure to go with any specific brand or lenses and gave me a lot of helpful advice on the style plan and other options.
