All the staff were courteous and friendly, including the receptionist and the gentleman who did all the initial eye checks and retina photographs. The optometrist, Devesh Patel, is very experienced. He has a lovely manner, puts one at ease, and he thoroughly addresses any concerns or questions, with extra checks if necessary. Marie helped with my prescriptions and their somewhat complex requirements for frames and lenses. She is gentle, kind, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vision Express in Castle Quarter if you want the very best care for your eyes.
