I never was happy and I wish someone had mentioned before that I could change them within 100 days. In my opinion I was a danger on the road because they wouldn’t stay up on my nose how I needed. I kept going back and the assistants altered the ear piece which never worked. As I’ve been wearing an old pair all the time I decided to go and say I needed to change them. I am now hoping the new pair will stay on better as they have the grips over the nose.

Very good service, just wondering why I was not offered a second pair at half price which I read later on your Web site?

If I could rate them with zero stars then I would. I am disgusted with them, the optician told me something on my last visit and when I went back for another eye test (that I paid for as it was too soon for universal credit to cover it) the manager of the Sprowston branch said that the optician wouldn’t have told me that and that basically I was lying! I was so shocked at the time I didn’t know what to say. When I reiterated what I was told she again told me that it couldn’t have happened. They have definitely lost my custom and that of my mother and friends who know the full story and problems I have had. Absolutely unbelievable - and I’m sure they won’t be worried by this post and try to rectify the problems.
